I have spent a lifetime exploring and studying movement, wellness, and the mind-body connection. The more I study, the more deeply holistic my practices and offerings become. After years of careful observation, note-taking, and connecting with people from all over, it is clear that my purpose is to support folks with increasing mental and physical awareness, wellness, and health.
I believe that as we raise our self-awareness, we can deepen and nurture all of our relationships, including the one we have with ourselves. Self awareness can guide us in making decisions that serve us, heal us, and help us to thrive.
My service to the world exists through coaching, Reiki, and art.
When I'm not working, I love to ride my bicycle, swim in Lake Michigan, and explore the arts, including film, dance, music, and poetry. (Yes, I do consider my non-work time to be a part of my work here on this planet.)
I believe in making room for play, expression, community, exploration, and curiosity.
In my life, a day well spent is lived in the moment, with the company, the food, the sounds, the feelings.
