I know. Life can get away from us and we can find ourselves on autopilot, participating in choices that feel out of our control, and that leave us drained, sick, tired, and with low self-esteem and self-worth.

The thought of changing our habits and choices can feel daunting, scary, confusing. Where do we being and where do we go from here?

Luckily, none of us have to travel this path alone and that includes you. Many of us have been taught that we shouldn't ask for help, or that we should know how to care for our health and wellness. There can be a lot of shame attached to the choices we make.

 

I would love to support you in not only finding ease with the choices that you'd like to make, but setting you free from any shame, self-doubt, or ridicule. Our time on this planet is meant to be enjoyed and savored, not spent in self-doubt and discomfort. We deserve to feel well and thrive, and coaching can help to get you there.

I know it can seem like hope is lost or that it's too late. Maybe it feels like it's always been this way, so it will continue to be this way. I know that sometimes the tasks of the day can be overwhelming, or that getting moving can seem impossible. 

I know that we have been taught, in so many ways, to be hard on ourselves, to put ourselves down, to give our power away.

I know that we have not been taught how to feel free in our bodies and minds, to fly with the wind, to stand tall and speak up. 

It's never too late to learn. I am here to help.

WHAT IS HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACHING?

Health and Wellness Coaching is support for you as you navigate your wellness journey. Coaching serves you in awakening to your wellness dreams and desires, and helps you to navigate the road to building this lifestyle. Coaching is rooted in positive psychology and believes that focusing on your strengths and dream-life will help you to reach your potential and overcome barriers.

WHAT WILL A SESSION LOOK LIKE?

Each session will be tailored to you and your needs. Sessions will be a dialogue between coach and client to discover your goals, visions, and the path you would like to take. We will work through any roadblocks, learn new skills, and discuss what is working and what isn't.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP TO WORK WITH YOU?

Send me an email so we can get a phone call in the books. We will chat for 30-ish minutes. I can answer any questions, and we can see if we are a good fit for each other

IS A COACH A THERAPIST?

No. As a coach, we cannot prescribe direction to your life. We are here to support you along the path that you already know (deep down) is best for you. A coach will assist you in discovering that path and navigating it. We are communicators and listeners, and we ask questions that help you to awaken to yourself. We can offer credible resources as they pertain to your health and wellness needs, but we cannot tell you what is right or wrong for you. We are here to look ahead to the future and create goals and avenues to thrive.

CAN I WORK WITH YOU FOR LONGER THAN 3 MONTHS AS THE CURRENT PROGRAM IS SET UP?

Of course! We can work together for as long as necessary. When our three months comes to a close, we can decide together if you would like to continue this relationship.
